Started going here about a month ago, service great when the two young ladies are there very knowledgeable, no issue until today!!! I’m checking out my items and get shooed away and accused of having counterfeit money ,this guy did not check the cash on the counter visibly for me to see …he was all under the counter .Not only did they lose a regular customer but this guy insulted me and my character!! I leave to return to the payment center in which I received the money to confirm my cash was indeed real, so I returned this time the nice young lady was there,I handed her the same money and she confirmed it was not counterfeit!! The guy didn’t even offer an apology! I politely asked for my money back and went elsewhere!! Will not return!! Will be contacting corporate!! Hope those young ladies don’t have issues because of his miserable behavior!

called up here a few months ago to see if they sold the glass part of my tank, the lady not only told me we cant divolge that info over the phone but called me entitled for asking a question. then hung up on me, called back and my number was blocked from the shop. i had to call them on a seprate line to talk to someone else only to get told the same damn answer. I know its not illegal to ask about vape products and I wanted to call before i showed up to the shop. dont call or even show up here, if they are calling potienal customers as entitled then dont give them your money

Cashier blessed up and helped me replace my old puffco glass. Definitely recommend!!
