My first time in I really didn't get time to look around and check things out, but the second time I was there it was just to quickly purchase a chillum and be on my way,after making my purchase I collected my purchase and placed it in my wagon, but of course I left my wallet sitting there on her counter. I didn't even realize it until way late in the night and figured well I can pick it up tomorrow.. I called up there and was told that my wallet was safe and still right were I left it. But what impressed me the most is how the lady said that they went absolutely above what would most people just to return a wallet. She said that she drove up to the address on the license, but when she realized that it was an apt and there was no number on my license, she gave up looking to return it

This has been my go-to store for the last year. The staff has always been super nice and helpful. They’re really knowledgeable too, so don’t be afraid to ask questions. Their prices and selection are better than anyone else in the area that I’ve been able to find. And if there’s a popular product that begins to decline in quality, they’ll let you know so you don’t get ripped off. It’s in a big strip center so parking is easy as well. My dog loves coming with me because they have treats behind the counter for him.

Poor as can be customer service, Don’t ever shop here ever again in your entire existence.

The customer service is amazing however in the past month their elfbars are awful!!! 2 in a row have died on me within days. They gave me almost a$2.00 credit on the first one. I haven't brought the second one to their attention yet but even if they fix it it doesn't change the inconvenience of it failing when I wanted it. I won't be buying vapes here again.

Trash store that doesn't stand by their cheaply made products. One associate replaced a product after a few uses (clearly full). The second product also failed after a week of light usage (mostly full). The owner didn't offer anything, not even a credit or discount. I've shopped at multiple shops and they've all stood by their product. Not this owner. There are better shops in the area. Don't be fooled by their "sales".
