I drove around 5 smoke shops one night looking for the 3DXL Puffco atomizer and had no luck, I saw that Smoke ATX had it online and I had tried the burnet location with no luck, I stopped by here the next day and I was helped out immediately, knowledgeable guy and super fast and friendly. Would def come again!

Scooted in for the first time and immediately, all of my senses were wowed. What a fabbbbuuuulous Austin gem. The best asset to this store is handsome, expert, welcoming, and personable Ben. He extended impeccable customer service, making me feel valued and appreciated. What a phenomenal hire, someone anyone would love to have on their team.

I am not a local customer, and can only use the online store . While Smoke ATX was not my first choice of authorized Mobius Retailers when I made this purchase in October 2022, the Owner Eddie won me over with his exceptional customer service. I immediately received contact, initiated by Eddie, responding to my order & I was tended to throughout the delivery process. I now keep an eye out for online drops at this store, for future purchases. This shop gets a strong recommendation from me & my squad 💪🏻

We have many good memories & experiences going to this shop since 2010! The owner is one of a kind!

Won a giveaway for a 180 44! Can’t believe it!!! They paid for shipping and they got it to me all the way to Oregon in 2 days. Fast responses, super friendly team, super stoked! Thank you so much!!! Can’t even process this I’m too excited!
