WOW. Just… WOW. Cloudz is by far the BEST smoke shop in Austin, and I say that after hitting multiple spots around the city. Their Kratom and 7-OH selection is next level—fresh, high-quality, and with options you just don’t find anywhere else. And their vape variety? Insane. Seriously, you could spend hours browsing and still discover new favorites every time. But what really makes Cloudz shine is the staff. Every single person I’ve met there is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—never pushy, always ready with advice or suggestions. They make you feel like a VIP every visit. I’m officially a loyal, lifelong customer. Cloudz has ruined every other shop for me—nothing else even comes close. Jason was dope had to walk in and get some stuff quick and he was very helpful right away! And even showed me some stuff that I found interesting definitely coming back 10/10

We went there for the first time and the owner/employee greeted us right outside the door. Super friendly and nice, he hooked us up with a mega deal right off the bat and since he found out that we weren't from around, gave us some Intel about the area. Great vibe to be around!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the man that works in the afternoons/evenings at this store. He started hitting on me and making me uncomfortable. I asked him to stop before walking out. But he then proceeded to tell me that he could have any woman he wanted that walked into that store. I immediately left without making a purchase. I didn’t catch his name, but he had an accent and dark hair. Tall. Maybe Arabian. I am appalled. I won’t be going back there again. Update: found out his name is Ghali or something along those lines. Be careful, ladies. He’s a predator.
