Good prices!! Juno was nice and very helpful!! My first time being there and they have very good prices. Before I went to Vape Zone, I stopped by 3 other Vape/smoke shops, and their places were too high. I'm glad I find Vape Zone... 🤗

Marcelina was AMAZING! I was actually so sus when my regular wasn’t there. She always got me right. Marcelina set me up perfect! We’d never met, but she heard what I’d had to say and she directed me to one of my new fav flavors!!! So kind, so patient, so informed. ^_^

Stopped in at the shop this evening. Nice selection on 7OH 'Singles" pks. These are nice to have, but would really like to see some bottles with 10 or 15 CT. Casey was knowledgeable and suggested that I come back on stock delivery days so maybe I can get a bottle before they sell out. She helped with pricing and discounts too.

She had all the right descriptive words and timeframes and honest truths. She’s personable. Like the mood was mellow and she wasn’t bombarding us with a bunch of crap. It was just smooth ‘this is what youre looking for. This is what I recommend. You guys from around here? Ok take care now, bye bye then. She even walked us out because it was so late. ******JUST FOUND OUT JAY NO LONGER WORKS HERE!!!!! What?!????????? DON’T EVEN BOTHER!!! SHADY!! Let me be clear the only reason I am writing this review is because of JAY! I’ve been to this shop a few times now and the first two times I had AWFUL service! I wasn’t going to come back but I was desperate and it was the only place open. The first time I went to the shop I encountered Marshell, she was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to know anything about the products. She also was complaining about her personal life which seemed really inappropriate. It left me with a Sour taste but I always try to give a business at least 2 times to get it right before I completely give up. The second time was even worse to my surprise! And to top it off this girl was supposedly the manager!!! KC was also very rude and clearly was annoyed at the questions I was asking her. As a manager aren’t you supposed to set the example and be willing to help a customer know more about a product? Oh also she got on the phone while I was in the store and guess what?!? She proceeded to loudly have a conversation about selling narcotics and telling the person on the other end of the phone that they could just come up there to purchase from her. I think that’s like super illegal, at least as far as I know! Anyways like I said I was desperate and came in one more time and had the pleasure of meeting Jay who was super kind and helpful and even walked me out to my car. I was shocked as not many people still do things like that’s !!! If you visit this shop and Jay isn’t there just LEAVE! Don’t even waste your time there with anyone else!!
