Place is fairly nice. Staff has been pretty decent! I've seen this lounge go through multiple owners and changes but it still has been good. However, I have noticed on instances like today where it says they're open at 12. :00 boon they were not open. Even after waiting outside 20 plus minutes no one was there. So it was a waste of a 25-minute drive and time. I typically try not to make a big deal about things such as that, however with me making the point to go to the establishment today after inviting clients. It kind of was an upset because I've had not only potential clients for my business. Waste their time but me as well.

Ambiance is low-key and chill. Cozy seating and you're able to actually have conversations without having to shout over the music. They have lots of really good flavors to try. They have a menu for some bites and the food is really yummy! I get the southwest egg rolls every time. :)

A super chill spot with great vibes and an amazing remodel. Hookah is around $25 which is solid value, the wings are really good, and it's BYOB with fresh pressed orange juice as a chaser option — which is a unique touch. Tons of TVs, good music, and a clean well maintained space. Open until 4AM on weekends which makes it a perfect late night hangout. Ventilation could be better on packed nights and restrooms are limited. Staff is friendly and quick to fix any hookah issues. 💨🍗🎶

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this place. The service was extremely poor from the beginning till the end. The staff showed no respect towards customers and behaved very rudely throughout the visit. They were not taking care of the customers at all and completely ignored our concerns. On top of that, some of the staff members were using inappropriate and bad language while talking, which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The attitude of the employees was terrible, and it felt like they did not care about customer satisfaction at all. The waiting time was too long, the management was careless, and the overall environment was very disappointing. Instead of helping customers, the staff created more frustration with their behavior. This was honestly a very bad experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. The service quality, staff behavior, and customer handling were all unacceptable. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
