Edward and the staff are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make going into the shop to buy stuff almost too fun (have spent a lot) haha but everything is priced well, store is clean, all employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Easy five stars for Dream Planet.

Really awesome store, Edward was really sweet and knowledgeable and the prices were bomb! Definitely check them out, hidden gem!

Dream Planet Smoke & Vape Shop deserves every bit of a 5-star review. Their prices are actually reasonable (which is rare these days), and they’re open late, which makes a huge difference when you need something last minute. Edward is the real standout—genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and actually helpful, not just trying to make a quick sale like most places. He takes the time to answer questions and makes sure you leave with exactly what you need. Easily one of the best smoke shops in Austin. Highly recommend.

I ASKED THE MAN IN THE SHOP IF HE HAD ANYTHING THAT DIDNT TASTE LIKE I WAS MADE FOR CHILDREN AND ALSO HAD NON OF THAT ROSIN CRAP BC ITS DISGUSTING. HE SOLD ME THIS FOR 13 DOLLARS AND ITS NOT THE ONE I WANTED SO I WENT BACK AND HE LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID NO EXCHANGES 😭

Incredible customer service. Jake made sure to help us in every way possible. I’m gonna tell everyone about this place. It’s awesome!
