June 2025: Another fabulous experience with Ali. It was a pleasure to run into him at another Happy Clouds location; he’s always got good vibes, no pressure and a smile so it’s nice to be in the shop. His knowledge turned into my 7 strain experiment….. see the photo below. There’s a 10 year Anniversary exclusive release of Sherbet Cream Pie that I hope sticks around! August 2025: Liam gets so much blame for making this my permanent Happy Clouds location. This shop is SO chill, it isn’t in a chaotic location, the staff is kind, no pressure….. Y’ALL THE BEST! I paid for my order and then hours later got a bank notification that I was charged again but the price was higher ,called the store and talked to Ames he said he was the manager and that he would get everything fixed he never fixed anything and never tried to reach back out. *UPDATE*** After my review someone reached out to me to explain what happened with my order and explained they had been really busy recently,they offered me a in store credit to make up for things.*update again** This store needs major improvement with the management and employees it's not being ran very well they need lots of help.
