today was my first time in, andi and chris were very helpful and the store has a great selection of anything you would need from a vape/smoke shop! the shop itself was clean, organized, and super inviting.the staff also let me know they take requests for anything they didn’t have available in store and price match as well, this is 100% my new go-to spot!

Went in to buy a vape and was sold a device with no liquid, which was never explained. I went back right away asking to exchange it for something already filled — not even asking for a refund, I was willing to buy more. They called their boss and refused any exchange. No effort, no courtesy. That alone was a huge turn-off. I didn’t even take the device — told them to keep the money and the product. Plenty of vape shops in ATX. This one isn’t worth it. Worst Service

Kaity is super nice and helpful! I’d leave 10 stars if I could. Good deal on the vape juice! It refills 3 Of my 50 bars when they’re empty, at 20 bucks That’s a hell of a lot of money saved on vaping!

I bought a (expensive ) vape here last week. After a few days I did not like it at all. I went in tonight and to my amazement the (I believe owner) was gracious enough to let me exchange! I wish more businesses treated their customers this way. I definitely recommend iVape ATX!!
