I'm impressed! Massive selection of ejuice, mods, and more. A bit hard to spot from 620.. Google your way in... I will make it a point to spot by again when I'm in Austin and I have more time. Juice was a few dollars cheaper than most places. Batteries were 50% less than where I shop in Dallas Ft Worth.

I've been coming to Create a Cig for over 5 years. Every one there is always friendly and super helpful. Today, for instance, Justin and Alex helped me explore and choose new flavors of juice and even gave me a fantastic deal on disposables. I can't say enough about them and all the great staff here!

Long time customer, first time reviewer. I was looking forward to the Black Friday sale, thank you for that. I saved 50 bucks. Anyhow, I would like to shout out Tessa. I probably spent 45 minutes in the store and she got me set up with everything I needed plus some. She rocks. Her, and the whole staff here are amazing. By far the best vape shop in the world. Quote me on that.

As always staff was incredibly helpful even though I needed quite a bit of help trying to figure out what mod I needed to buy as a replacement. Tons of selection and great pricing. I found the staff to be honest and not trying to upsell me or just get me out of the way there were two people waiting behind me, and the gentleman helping me was thorough and happily answered all of my questions. That's why I will continue to keep shopping here, they are not a flyby night vape shop who sometimes has stuff and sometimes doesn't... Every time I can't find something and I come to the store, they always have it and I always ask myself why didn't I just come here first!?! So do yourself as a favor if you are a vapor, just come by here they'll have what you need at a good price 😎😁👍

I've been a customer here from the beginning, way back when they were mixing juice in-house. Despite the staff knowing who I am, and that I'm in my mid-40s, now they require ID on every single visit and denied my sale when I declined to run back out to my car in the pouring rain. Luckily the vape shop down the block at 620 & lake creek doesn't treat their customers like trash, and the exact same juice is a few dollars cheaper there too. So, thanks for the awful customer service.. I'll take my business elsewhere.
