Agojok is the best everytime im In there she treats me right and gets me what I need. She educates me and helps me pick the right product. The only reason I took a star away is because I was in there the other day and the new manager was in there with a short lady telling me they didnt carry a product I had just bought from them not even 2 weeks prior they had no idea of the products they carry.

I've never encountered a retail associate as impressive as Agojok. Her professionalism, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional sales skills set a new standard for customer service. She not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my shopping experience truly memorable. Agojok's kindness, patience, and personable approach made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to find someone so intelligent and dedicated in retail, and I hope she is recognized and compensated accordingly. Thanks to Agojok, I will continue to shop here and recommend this store to others. She is undeniably an asset to your team.

Ok - this place is amazing. The staff could not be more helpful or friendlier... Agojok helped us find what we were looking for, she is probably one of the most attentive, amazing energy people you'll find in the biz. From now on this is our one and only go-to smoke shop in Austin!

I've only been here twice and I genuinely love this place with my whole heart already, They have beautiful displays, a wide selection of everything you'll need, and they're even open to ordering items you don't see there that you might see in another shop. And I couldn't forget to commend the wonderful employee that provided my service both days, Agojok, She clearly went above and beyond in regards to our service, and I hope to see her at that store more often! Furthermore, The GM is a really kind man, and he clearly has a passion for what he does! My new favorite shop!
