Very disappointing experience. I came in ready to spend a good amount of money and asked about ounce deals. The employee told me they didn’t have ounce deals, only 3.5g jars, and acted like there was no way to help. I ended up buying enough jars to make an ounce anyway, but the whole process was slow and frustrating. When I asked about THC percentages, she said she couldn’t really check because each jar had to be scanned individually. That made no sense to me as a customer spending that much money. The service felt lazy, unhelpful, and disorganized. I won’t be coming back.
