I had an awesome experience at Vape City off 2222 thanks to Elijah! From the moment I walked in, Elijah’s kindness and upbeat energy made the whole visit super comfortable. They took the time to walk me through my options, answered every question without hesitation, and genuinely made sure I got a good deal on exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with such a positive vibe, but Elijah nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience they provided. Highly recommend asking for Elijah if you stop by!

Went there before leaving Austin during my trip. Staff was great and awesome. They knew how to laugh. Loved it!

Told me to take my receipt so I could get a refund if one of my box vapes didn’t work 5 days ago. Came back today to refund one of them and they say they don’t do any refunds even though it doesn’t work at all. Pretty sad.

Jada was very knowledgeable, knows her product very well. Definitely will be coming back!

Great place I’ll keep coming back
