These five stars are for Karla with a K. I had an absolute terrible experience with an employee there at around 11:30 at night on Thursday, which was May 28. That customer was very, very rude to me. Literally shoot me out of the store lied about the quality of their products and said that they were the best in town and had the best prices whenever the Bart Hill Food Mart down the street had the exact same thing for half the price. He was very, very, very rude And I let him in the store, not only hurt, but defeated because I was going there for pain and anxiety relief. It was such a terrible experience today I went to Try and speak to somebody about the horrible experience I had last night and Karla the manager happened to be there, And let me tell you, She was so fine and understanding she listened to every word of everything. I said everything I was going through. She was compassionate kind, loving. I’m telling you if Carla was there 24 seven this place would be 1 million if not more dollar industry because she was absolutely And she 100% made right of the wrong that happened to me last night. Karla If you see this, I just wanted to say thank you again because you made me feel seen you help me and I’m hoping the products that I got from your store will help and I believe they will because you were so knowledgeable, so amazing, and just so purposeful with what you were trying to help me with. Karla, I truly hope you become a leader of not just store but maybe a district type manager because if they had do they would make more sales because the night before I left almost in tears and my husband was in tears after seeing how bad I was treated thank you again Carla with a K you’re amazing. And if anybody that owns this store sees this realize that parlor with a K is the one that is keeping the store float because she’s absolutely perfect at what she does not only it’s she a great sales woman. She is compassionate, caring, and really cares about us as patience because that come to the store they come to get help with helmets and help me after the night before I was treated like an actual dog so thank you so much Karla. There’s no one else like you… And by the way, sorry if my words are a little jumbled, I’m doing talk to text because it’s such a long review Yeah, but Carla with a K thank you again.

This place is great. Came in really quick to pick up some cones and left with a lot more. Friendly staff and tons of product. You won’t be disappointed.

Gustavo is amazing! He walked me through their entire selection and is extremely knowledgeable on all the products in the store! I highly recommend this shop for any of your smoking needs, and make sure to ask for Gustavo!!

This entire company is exemplary!! They have the best customer service, the finest products and immense variety of categories from which you can choose. Highly recommend RoPeace to anyone looking for high-end quality products. These places are reminiscent of a high end wine boutique with the best sommelier to guide you like a Sherpa. Carla will guide you through the vast selections of delicious edibles. Their tincture selection is soooo cool. Jason really knows his stuff when it comes to their mycology selections. Atqiya runs her store extremely well and seems to keep her customers extremely happy. They know their customers names and welcome new friends with warmth. We had a good time shopping here. Organic conversations with staff and guests can be quite entertaining and hilarious. Go check these places out. You’ll love it!!!
