I spent two nights at The Cigar Vault while visiting Austin, and it quickly became the highlight of my trip. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. As someone passing through from out of town, that kind of hospitality is rare and it did not go unnoticed. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a great lounge: relaxed, friendly, and built around good conversation and great cigars. Both nights I felt like a regular rather than a visitor. If you are in Austin and looking for a place to enjoy a fine smoke and even better company, this is it. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in town.

I went to this store asking for Arturo Fuente 858 natural and the guy explain that this store doesn’t carry brands . He show me the one in photo to match my taste. I wasn’t sure because was cheap and I was looking for a good cigars. He continues to explain that price sometimes doesn’t matter this one is very good. I pay and walked away to return with this review . Thank you so much indeed. This cigar was great it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much 👍

Came here yesterday, very nice cigar shop and lounge area. They have a lot of nice brands like Tatuaje, RoMa Craft, and Definition. My wife and I tried the Definition cigars pairing them up with a cold Dr. Pepper and was really good! The staff here is very knowledgeable, helpful , and friendly!

Visiting from Canada, had to stop here since we cant have Cigar lounges where i live. Must say it has a great atmosphere and vibe and great selection too! Super friendly staff who helped me pick out a good selection of cigars. Highly recommend!

Cigar Vault East is an amazing establishment. A true Austin staple. At it's core is one of the managers Luis, who as we say is a Unicorn. An Austin native who has curated an amazing playlist to serenade your ear drums. Everything from rap to indie rock to alternative to classic rock there is music there for everyone. Luis has an unbelievable skill to be able to recommend you a cigar based off your palate. Their impeccable selection of boutique cigars will introduce you to new brands like Definition (ribbon bands) or Illusione that will blow your mind. Luis also carries some of Texas' finest brands like RomaCraft if you want something local. Luis is unafraid to challenge the norm. Now don't let Luis' smack talking fool you when you walk in, he is actually a super welcoming host. If you are lucky he will pick the guitar off the wall and grace you with his amazing musical talent. Playing covers of your favorites or playing his own tunes from his band GOOD. (yes all caps with the period) who are destined for the Billboard top 5000 (okay top 100). Luis is the man and is integral to the Austin cigar community. Make sure you come see him on Second Sunday of every month for a special event.
