Great place to go, very friendly employees lots of good choices

Went in just curious about what options could help me quit smoking, the shift was being changed. I asked 3 questions that were unanswered. I asked if they had anything that was more compact, was told "NO". Honestly felt was if they were very uninterested in my business, I would not send anyone with any questions there. I was hoping to get more information on products and how everything worked. WORST customer service ever.

I actually wanted to write a review about the Nederland location but this works too. I'm single and the only family I have is my grandmother who has smoked my entire life. She has been in declining health for some time now. Her physician has begged her to quit smoking and has never been able to get her to stop. She says that she can't, shes smoked for 45 years and she simply can't. Last month I bought her a kit from your store, and I am proud to say that she hasn't smoked a single cigarette in over three weeks now. She loves vaping, and we went in Friday for her check-up, the doctor told her he sees improvement almost across the board. She coughs less, smiles more, and seems happier than she has in many years. Thank you. I feel like you've given me back my grandma, I really mean it. Thank you.

Great place. The person there is very helpful. He gave me awesome help and explained all about the current Tech, to get me back into vaping.
