MAY 3rd 2026. Owner does not stand behind products that he sells. Bought 4 items and 1 of the bottles had the wrong product in it and the owner refused to swap the bottle or give me a refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. NO MORE OF MY MONEY WILL SUPPORT THIS STORE. If you want to be treated fairly and shop where the owners stand behind their products, then I suggest you do business with A-1 Smoke Shop in Vidor. Those guys are great and will make things right if you have an issue with their products.

I called to ask for a specific Brand of vape juice. Well they didn't have it... Fortunately, Mr Kell Strickland was extremely Professional, Patient, I can't say enough about this man....He went through similar brands and got me the flavors I wanted....Differently my spot from now on.

Always helpful, always open and always have what I need. Not much else to say.

It’s the worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to. The manager ‘Bunny’ has no work ethic and no customer service experience at all. She was rude and sat down without attending us while talking to us in casual way. I highly recommend everybody to not buy anything since they have no regards for their customer.
