Straton helped me and he was very knowledgeable about my specific issue. There were a few people working, and I appreciated them putting me with the best match for my question. They were all very friendly; Straton was authentic and super helpful. Prices were VERY competitive. Will be back. 5 stars!

I’ve been a loyal customer of EZ Fumes for nearly 10 years, and I can honestly say their customer service has always been top-notch. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all their products. I especially want to recognize Ron and Ryan for their outstanding service over the past few years. They always take the time to help me find exactly what I need, offer great recommendations, and give helpful advice when I’m unsure about what I’m looking for. The store itself is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a great selection. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend EZ Fumes to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service!

Love this place love the people I always feel like family when I walked through the doors everyone’s very nice and knowledgeable except for when it comes to THC I’m from California and I’m sorry but Texas does not know anything about strains, etc. That’s OK though I love my people!!

This is by far the best vape store in the DFW. They always have exactly what I need and if they don’t just let them know and they will order it for you. I have gotten nothing but excellent customer service every time I go into store. This is my one and only vape stop needed. Thanks EZ

I love e this shop! I moved to Plano but still come here because they always have what I want & a very friendly staff.
