I had such a great experience at 3-D Smoke Shop, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Tavona for her amazing customer service! The moment I walked in, she immediately welcomed me and let me know that if I had any questions or needed help with anything, she was there for me. I was looking at a few nectar collectors, and some of the items didn’t have prices listed, but she quickly helped me find out the prices and explained which ones would probably be the best fit for me. They also have a HUGE selection of lighters and torches. Torches are definitely my thing, but I usually hate buying them because of all the common issues — not lighting correctly, refill problems, or just making sure you’re getting a quality one. Every lighter and torch I picked out, Tavona had no problem checking to make sure it worked properly and was good quality before I bought it. While I was looking around, I noticed they had lighter leashes too. I picked out a lighter at the counter, and she even made sure it fit snug in the leash so I wouldn’t lose it. Seriously, awesome customer service from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave happy. I will definitely be back! Friendly and great customer service. Also employee is very knowledgeable of the products. I come twice a week. I would definitely recommend this place. Also amazing prices!!!

Not only was it a wide variety, they had everything I was looking for and some of the best prices I’ve seen. Raven was dope, answered all of questions, didn’t make me feel stupid, and she was just great energy.

Late review but had to get it in befpre the day was out. Sam is the guy to visit and get all the details on things you may need, when you're iffy like me. Every time, my wife n I visit we are never disappointed with the customer service or assuring on the items looking for. He normally has what we are looking for, which is rare going to other stores and very it's hard to plz for us. So l know for sure we're a forever customer..
