Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile, treated with kindness and respect, and never feel rushed. Sahan is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. I had the great experience at Fumen’s Smoke Shop! The manager and the team was really welcoming and friendly. He helped me choose the right product and gave some good recommendations. Very good costumer service, always answer all your questions and have good products for a decent price. The only complaint is I wished they would show prices on products so you don’t have to ask the prices of every single thing but overall definitely up there with top three favorite

6 STARS. I like that the employees engage with you and are knowledgeable about the products. First time using and even seeing the mushroom extract and WOW it’s as smooth and as euphoric as you would imagine. I have tried most delta vapes and the KIK is by far the best I think they have on the shelves. The store is clean and I don’t feel like a burden for being there like some of the other shops make you feel. I feel like I’m important and since I do spend so much for these items I like taking my business to a place that values me.
