I've been here a few runes in the past couple of years. The place is always nice to visit. Every staff member is super kind and willing to help with anything you need. Has a nice selection of items and the prices are always great. I would highly recommend coming here for anything you need vape related.

Was 5 stars but the last couple of times I went they were closed but supposed to be open…..A 34 mile round trip for nothing is rather aggravating. Still a great place for everything you need and the people are awesome as well!

I would give zero stars if I could! I went to the store and they would not help. I spent $35 on a Geek Pro just to find out when it died that it wouldn’t charge. It won’t charge on any cord or plug I plug it into. I just bought it Wednesday afternoon and didn’t need to charge it until last night (Thursday) when I found that it wouldn’t charge. I went to the geek pro website and they said to go to the retailer for help. Well the retailer did not help me. I was told that if something was wrong with it, they couldn’t replace it unless I knew something was wrong with it before I left the store after purchasing it. My question was, how would I know it didn’t charge until I needed to charge it? I always make sure it works before leaving the store but who thinks about trying the charging? I have never had that problem before. I contacted the store via Facebook messenger and sent an email to the email address provided and never heard a word back. This happened December 18th so I have given plenty of time to hear back before posting to reviews. Not good customer service at all.
