Big Head is my go to spot. Have not yet been disappointed. Great customer service and great products. Highly recommend.

"I had a great experience at this smoke shop. The employees were welcoming and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. They carry a large variety of products, and everything was reasonably priced. The shop was clean, well-stocked, and easy to browse. Definitely one of the best smoke shops in the area."

This is the most coolest operation I've ever been to they got such nice employees and they're so down to earth and well-mannered and respectful and I will always tell my friends and family about this place I'm well known as Miss Cathy

I recently tried and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! My overall experience has been nothing short of amazing. I can confidently say this is one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever used, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and satisfaction.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop, and especially about Rhea and Serena. From the moment I walked in, they were unbelievably kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, but they take the time to really listen and make sure you leave happy and confident with what you’re getting. Rhea and Serena both have this warm, positive energy that instantly makes the experience better—they treat customers like friends, not transactions. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this sincere. They’re patient, helpful, and just all-around wonderful humans. If you’re looking for great vibes, great service, and people who truly care, this is the place. Huge shoutout to these beautiful souls for making every visit a great one. I’ll absolutely be back!
