I've had amazing experiences with Izzy and smily come almost everyday, but just came in and the white guy had little no to no emotions no smile no proper customer service attitude kinda killed my vibe in coming everyday like normal👎

I stopped by the smoke shop today and had the pleasure of being helped by Joanna. She was incredibly pleasant, kind, and professional from start to finish. As a disabled veteran, being out in public can sometimes feel overwhelming for me, but Joanna made the entire experience easy and comfortable. She was patient, friendly, and genuinely sweet — not just doing her job, but actually making sure I felt at ease. Customer service like that truly makes a difference. Thank you, Joanna, for your kindness and professionalism. It did not go unnoticed.

Great selection of products and amazing service. Ivan really pointed us in the right direction. Showing us the correct product and pointing us in the direction of top quality. Everyone in Conroe should visit and shop here. They carry the freshest flower in town. Never disappoints 🍃🔥💯
