Alyssa has always been very helpful and very polite. Every time I have come in She has helped me pick out new glass pieces and recommended different brands when the vape ban started. I wish I could continue shopping at this location just because of her but have to move but will be sure to check out other locations

Always has good vapes. My flavor is never out. I just got the last one of the one I get though so I guess it came close, but they still had it. Oh and they are 24 hours so that’s also a plus. 10/10 recommend

I would usually give 5 stars, since the customer service is always nice! However, I just came in today (3/12/26) around 12:20 pm. The lady working there has a real “go getter attitude” - not.. I was asking questions about the point system and how that works. Basically got shut down repeatedly by “the point system is not working.” Which is a fine response if I was familiar with the point system and not new to this state or area. Straight faced, zero enthusiasm, or work ethic… Seemed I annoyed her by coming in and spending $70+… Someone may need to give her a hug or customer service reevaluation. Very intriguing.

Sold me a vape that worked for one day then the next day it woudnt even hit or turn on. I called to see if I could get an exchange and they told me it would have to be within 24 hours of the purchase. It was the 25th hour and they told me not only no exchange but no discount on anything. I feel like I was scammed.
