Omg we love Reilly. She is so informative and actually has your best interest at heart and is so fun to buy from. Can’t wait to come back! Unfortunately I had to edit my review. While the owner was great, the bottom of our bong fell off today when we set it on the counter. It absolutely was a product fault and when we brought it back to ask what they could do for us, they politely said nothing and offered us 20% off another purchase. Our bong was $100 and lasted less than a week. A replacement should have been warranted.
