This shop charged me 3 times on one day. My husband raised concerns over a period of 3 days and we kept getting the run around. Only one male employee acknowledged the error and attempted to make it right. We kept being told that the manager was investigating and would give us a call. My husband went into the shop last night 3/11/26 and was questioning the employee to which he got the same response. He got upset and said if he was in the streets he would slap the male employee who scammed us. I told him let’s just go. The young female employee immediately followed us to the door and locked it. She then called her manager to report the conversation. I’m pretty sure we were painted in a negative manner. On 3/12/26, I received a message from the manager to come in a discuss the incident. Upon arrival an officer with Converse PD is having an extremely friendly conversation with the manager, NO ONE acknowledged me. The cashier finished up with another employee then asked how she could help me. I explained to her why I was there and only then did the manager acknowledge me. The officer stepped back and remained quiet further signifying to me that I’m the aggressor and they are here for me. The manager tried to explain to me how my bank works and I explained to him that I was overcharged. He admitted that there was an unknown charge on his end but I should take it up with my bank. He then proceeded to tell me this he doesn’t want me in his store anymore. I said fine and turned to leave. As I’m walking to the door, the officer placed his hand out and I said, “Please don’t touch me!” He said I’m trying not to but you won’t let me talk. He never uttered a word to me but the first interaction I had with this officer was one as if I were resisting. He never informed me that he was there to trespass me from the premises. He explained to me why he was there with his hand still out. He asked for my identification and I handed it to him. He asked me to hang tight and I said I would prefer to leave the building since he doesn’t want me here. I stated that I never stay where I’m unwanted. The other officer stated that I couldn’t leave because I was being detained. The original officer stated that I could indeed step outside. The whole interaction was odd and now I will be filing a complaint with the Converse PD. Current filing a report with the BBB.

First time going to this location. The guy there was helpful, funny and kind. 3rd day on the job and he now knows where the refill pods for lost Mary are now 😆 def will be back. 🤘🏻

I can't really rate a place that doesn't answer it's phone! I'm in a wheelchair & don't have a car, so I'm trying to call shops to see if they even carry zero nicotine vapes vs just showing up. I called several times but never spoke to anyone -alien or human🤨

Came in for a present for my husband and had a next-level exceptional experience. They were up to date on all the complex Texas laws and patiently helped me with every need. Please check this place out and meet some fantastic folks. Shout out to the friendly lady with long brown hair, ugh, I forgot her name. She was great! Felt like I was talking with one of my friends. Guy with huge tapers is very polite and plays good music. Decent selection. Good prices.
