Zachary was really helpful and welcoming! He also made it a point to say he didn’t recognize us so that tells me he’s someone that tries to make connections and remember customers which is really sweet. The store was very clean, bright and smelled really nice compared to other shops I’ve been to. Thank you again Zachary!

Zach was immediately welcoming and conversational. Provided recommendations and had me buying even a little more than what I intended. Was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Old smoke shops I went to are very straight to the point with little to none customer service skills but Zach is going to have me coming back even living on the opposite of town. Thanks a bunch Zach you’re the bomb dot com!

Good store, Zack is polite & knowledgeable. Only knock against the store is their Fogger & Geekbars are about most expensive in the city. I can find fogged pods at prestige for few bucks cheaper. Other than that they have a good selection, just need to stop the co start price raises

I have been at this location, twice in the past week, and the doors have been locked. The first time I visited there was a sign on the door that stated, “bathroom break. Be back in 5 minutes”. I waited thinking the employee would indeed unlock the door in 5 minutes, and that did NOT happen. The employee did not open the shop until 10 mins later and I had 2 other people waiting with me who left. Fast forward to today, July 27, 2026, and I once again came to this smoke shop at 12:25pm, expecting the doors to be unlocked, and they weren’t. No note on the door, The employee didn’t return until 10 mins later for the 2nd time. I will NOT be shopping at this smoke shop ever again due to the lack of responsibility and presence of employees at this shop.

The selection and quality in this spot continues to improve! Nice to see more variety and quality in the product offerings. Always impressed with the service here and the gentleman that helped me this evening was helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. Will be back!
