I’ve been a loyal customer at this vape shop for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I purchased a vape less than 24 hours ago, and it completely stopped working despite no damage or misuse on my part. When I returned, I wasn’t demanding a refund just a reasonable solution, whether that be help fixing it or even a small customer discount toward a replacement. Unfortunately, I was met with poor customer service and no effort to stand behind the product or value a long-time customer. For a shop I’ve supported for years, this lack of accountability and customer care is extremely disappointing. I expected better.

I've been smoking for years and wanted to switch to vape. I know nothing about vape. I went to Mr. Nice Guy and I felt like they just wanted me to buy something and get me out of the store without even letting me ask any questions. I decided the next day to go to mad monkey. I talked to Dez and he was great! I told Dez I know nothing about vape and the guy took about 30 minutes to explain the different types of vapes to me and ask me questions and showing me how to use the device. He asked questions like how many cigarettes I smoke a day and what kind of situation I'd be using the vape in. He was able to point me to different options that I had that would fill the exact needs I needed. Surprisingly he didn't point me to the most expensive ones which which is what I was looking at. He took the time to know what I needed so I didn't waste my money. They definitely have a lifelong return customer now.

I don't vape, but I came into Mad Monkey looking for a specific gift for a friend-and the experience was fantastic. The staff didn't make me feel out of place at all. They were super friendly, patient, and walked me through everything I needed to know without any pressure or judgment. They helped me pick out the exact juice and device my friend had mentioned, and even made sure it was the right brand and fit. The shop is clean, well-organized, and welcoming-even if you have no clue what you're doing. If you're shopping for someone else or just need guidance, this is 100% the place to go. Great customer service and a stress-free experience!
