I'd been at this location twice this week and received great customer service from the girl on Monday afternoon. On Tues the girl there was ok. just dry helping me, no trying to give good service. Today I had called and was told the item I'd been getting was now b1g1f, it had been b2g1f. when I arrived I told the guy there and he immediately said it was still b2g1f and I said ok but from there he just spoke to me like I'm stupid. He's the one who misunderstood my order and I was bringing it up because I knew it was more than the price he was giving me. je began to count them to me in a way that I didn't appreciate. there was 1 left so I asked if it would be 1/2 price and again his response was as if I were annoying him. I just went with it and asked him to add it to my order. I work with customers everyday and I know they're not always right and I know they can come with attitude so I don't come with one and I'm trying to do business here and he's talking to me like I'm stupid or wasting his time. This was my third and last time coming here all the way from Jersey village. to the girl who helped me Monday afternoon... Thank you for your great service.

So I go there every day and. Get points it’s 100 dollars and they give you 5 bucks in rewards not only has this place not given me my points most of the time when I get them the refuse to let me use them on items. Saying some items don’t get discounts I tell them that rewards.i earned are not discounts but they don’t listen and say too mad I ask to talk to the manager. But they won’t let me I recommend people don too here for hey scam you and won’t let you use your hard earned points go any other smoke shop save yourself the hassle

This is the only vape shop I was going to but I won’t be back unfortunately. I want to state that the staff has always been great but their store policies are ridiculous. Went in yesterday bought a vape, it died today and wasn’t charging no matter what charger I used. Went in told them this and was told there’s nothing they could do despite being the third person in today that had complained about faulty product sold yesterday. I had to buy a whole new vape because I only have a 15 minute break from work. Hopefully this one works and I’m not down another $30.
