Since the other 2 locations near us closed down (Richmond & Sugarland) we drove all the way up here to grab our favorite products. For us, it’s more than worth the drive because all of the great products AND staff have now relocated to this location. The common theme at this store has always been great service along with great products. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and sweet. By far, our favorite and only store we would drive an hour away for. The loyalty is there because of them. We would rather pay more and go to longer distances than to pay less and be treated poorly. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Best vape shop in town and I've visited them all 😂 I'm a contractor so I drive around the city everyday, for years now, and when I need anything related to vape, I got to imperial vapor. They're not like other head shops or smoke shops, they are more classy, more professional, it just feels better walking into the store. You don't feel dirty walking into the store 😂. And if you're not very knowledgeable, they take the time to help you understand anything. They've helped me get better devices, and helped me get into a liquid that was perfect for me. (It was their house brand.... Flavorless actually....) Now my coils last for weeks at a time. Plus I think one of the managers is a final fantasy fan... And, that right there is at least worth two stars 😂👊. Y'all should totally host a game night at imperial vapor. Like super smash Brothers or something. Anyways, thanks for the years of good service. Way better than rock and roll it or vitrium in liquid and device selection, and they are pro, classy, and top notch. 😘👍🫡 Respectfully, -Flavorless Zac ;)

Excellent shop with a huge selection. Special thanks to Kaya for helping me choose the liquids. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and picked really good flavors for me. I truly appreciate the help and great customer service. Definitely recommend Imperial Vapor

First time visiting this location yesterday...luv this place and the ppl too...well worth the drive from Sugar Land...great products, friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats you more like a friend than a customer! The only vape shop I would buy from for sure.
