I freakin love this place. I come from pretty far to 710 because the they consistently (for years) have the biggest/best selection, the best prices, and the employees actually know what they’re they’re talking about. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll leave with you YOU actually need/want, rather than being pushed into buying the newest thing. If possible, I’d recommend speaking with Dom or Mary.

Do not recommend, they do not ask for EVERYONE’S I.D. They pick and choose who I.D they take. I Walked in and they were selling to minors. kids that was still in high school (how do I know that?) because the kids asked me to “go get them some gars?” I said “no, I don’t like children smoking anyways”. Ima coach who coaches little league players in west Dallas so I don’t stand for that. So When I asked the owner “do u check I.Ds?“ his response was “get out of my store!” Right after he sold a minor nicotine (black&miles). Then wants to proceeds on asking ADULTS for I.Ds. So I’m coming here so that the community can be aware of what’s happening in this area. it’s a lot of homeless and drug infested area. so drug stores don’t care what happens to the youth/young people or people in general. They only want what’s in our pockets money. My actual star rating is a (-10) if I could give it that much.

This place is great. Kel and Carmen are fantastic, kind and knowledgeable. You can tell this business takes customer service seriously and that’s so refreshing! Highly recommend stopping by anytime even if it’s just to check out the large inventory. Great employees, great selection and great staff.

Idk why these smoke shops are so WEIRD!!!! When you go Walmart target ANYWHERE. Is there someone forcing you to take a product you dont want? I got lots of hard and old tobacco from them. I told a employee and they said it's on the company who sends it. So to circumvent that I started asking to inspect products so I can choose what I want. Employees are VISILBLY upset and have an attitude because I want to CHOOSE my product. When you go to the store is there an employee telling you you take the first bag of chips on a shelf? Or a banged up beverage? I have been a customer for 8 years!!!!! These new people they hire act like you're a bother and sit in the back all day and act annoyed when you ask to choose. I got MANY bad products from you guys. I want to choose my products so I won't complain. But I'm tired of these lazy disgruntled employees being RUDE. It's a smoke shop idk why they are always upset. This place has definitely gone down over the years. SMH. Used To be the best smoke shop in dallas.
