If you’re looking for real guidance on smoking products or honest recommendations, I’d suggest going somewhere else. This shop seems more focused on making a sale than actually helping customers. I was recently sold an item by an employee who gave me misleading information about the product, which led me to buy the wrong thing. When I went back to address it, instead of trying to resolve the issue, he became argumentative and even claimed he would check the cameras. Honestly, I wish he would—because I know exactly what was said when I asked questions before purchasing. Overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This isn’t the kind of smoke shop where you feel comfortable asking questions or browsing. It feels more like a quick stop-and-go spot with little interest in customer service or long-term relationships—just convenience. And this has been several times I visit same experience every time I go here.

Usually a good experience but this is the second time that i can without a doubt prove I've been over charged by the same worker (March 3rd closer) I went back in and was able to process the refund but it just makes me realize its happened before, there's affordable prerolls at the convience store next to them anyway, no longer a customer.
