I’ve been a regular customer at this location and usually stop by before work a couple of times each week. Unfortunately, the posted business hours are not reliable. The store window and website both state that the store opens at 9:00 AM, but in the past month alone I’ve arrived at 9:00 AM on three separate occasions and the store was closed with no employees present. On another visit around 9:20 AM, there was a handwritten note on the door saying the employee would be back in five minutes. This has become a recurring issue and has made it difficult to depend on this business. One morning I waited long enough that it caused me to be late for work. I even called another Kush Cigar Smoke Vape location to try to find out who manages this store so I could report the issue, but nobody seemed to know who the manager was. If you plan on visiting this location in the morning, be aware that the posted hours may not be accurate. The products and store itself are fine, but management needs to address the lack of consistency and accountability when it comes to opening the store on time.

Great store! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Laid back atmosphere and vibe. Extensive selection of quality products. Parking is great and the location is convenient. Handicap accessible everything. Shop at Earth Roots!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this smoke shop. The employee was incredibly rude; she was on a call on speakerphone the entire time, completely ignored me, and didn’t even bother to hang up, so I could hear the other person talking the whole time. When I asked her a few questions, she just responded with a glare and an attitude. Since I couldn’t read the flavor names from where I was standing, I politely asked if I could step closer to the counter to take a look, but she was extremely hostile and snapped that I couldn't. The bare minimum she could have done was read the available flavors out loud to help me, but she just stood there with both hands in her pockets, staring at me. To actually see my options, I had to take a picture of the counter with my phone and zoom in to read the text. The entire time, she kept huffing and rolling her eyes, pressuring me to choose quickly. I honestly wanted to just turn around and walk out, and the only reason I actually bought something was because I wanted it so badly right then. The owner really needs to keep an eye on this employee, because she is definitely driving customers away with this kind of awful service.

Visited this locations and Anna was knowledgeable and extremely polite. Thanks, will be back!! I would have given 10 stars if I could!!

This store is very convenient for me to go to but they are lacking in customer service and basic product knowledge. The girls that work here seem very nice but not trained to work in this kind of environment! Very alarming and unsafe. Also the store smells like sewage and we’ve said something about it almost every time we come in so please light some insense….yall sell it!!!!
