So sad Go Easy is leaving Dallas. They were AMAZING neighbors at Bishop. Staff were also amazing to say the least. Always lending out smiles, hugs, laughs and good vibes for only respectful people. Go Easy FOREVER! Great quality products, along with super cute glass pieces. We love you Go Easy, we love you Molly! ❤️

We stopped in while exploring the Bishop Arts District, and Valerie absolutely made our night. She had an awesome personality, gave us great dinner recommendations, and made the whole experience super fun. We even swung back in before heading home for a few more goodies because of how welcoming she was. We’ll definitely be coming back—thanks, Valerie!

Absolutely love this place! The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they made sure to answer all of my questions about their products. They have many things ranging from snacks, to self care products, to home decor. In my opinion, everything they have is unique and super cute! Love how creative some of the items were. I will definitely be coming back and inviting my friends! I wanted one of everything as I walked through the store. How I wish I new about this place sooner!!

This is my go-to stop for gifting and self care. Every time a birthday is coming up, I know where to go! The shop is SO CUTE and the products are very well curated. The employees are all really knowledgeable about the products and have great recommendations. Their pop-ups are my favorite because they bring in lots of other cool small businesses and local vendors. They also have a fridge full of yummy CBD drinks and I love trying a new one every time I go in!!

I recently visited Go Easy in Bishop Arts and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my visit, the attendants were unprofessional and dismissive. When I tried to address an issue, the interaction escalated and one of the staff members responded with a confrontational comment along the lines of, “What are you going to do about it?” The tone of the exchange felt unnecessarily hostile and made the situation uncomfortable. Customer service is a major part of any business experience, and interactions like this leave a negative impression. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works to ensure staff handle customer concerns with professionalism and respect in the future.
