The kratom is fresh and potent with good quality the strain I got provided the desired effects with energy, relaxation, and pain relief. The customer service was excellent , they were responsive and knowledgeable about all there products in the store. They also had bulk options and occasional promotions,. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality kratom.

I rode the Dart train and then a Bus to get here Tuesday night, I arrived at 9:51 and the employee already had the store closed and the register counted down and closed. That's very crappy customer service and your employees should be trained better than this. If an employee doesn't want to work at his or her job they shouldn't work there, if their employed by the company and the company says that they are open until 10:00 p.m. those doors should not be locked until the clock hits 10:00 p.m. no exceptions! I'm sorry if they feel like leaving early but that's not my problem and that's incredibly poor customer service I know some people will think what's 9 minutes but that's not the point it's a principle thing, you need to follow the posting hours exactly. I would say say fit that your employee has a vehicle that they drive to get home, very convenient, I on the other hand Ride public transportation so it took me an hour and 20 minutes to get to your shop from my place of work that's only an 18 minute car ride away..... Yet after my hour and 20 minute ride to get to your shop to buy something that I already know you have there in stock (not to mention the item I was going to buy cost a little over $200) and after arriving before your closing hours my trip ends up being a complete waste of my time because you're absolutely selfish employee decided they get to change the rules whenever they want and they were going to go ahead and go home early. Sorry for the extremely long rant but it is absolutely infuriating when I spend my money with a business, and take an awfully long public transportation ride to get there and arrive before the closing hours only to find out somebody decided to change the closing hours because they didn't feel like working. This is the second time this has happened at this specific store in a 2 to 3 month time frame for me, I can't remember if it was this same employee the last time this happened or not, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on because there's absolutely no way I will let my heart earned money go into that lazy and selfish employees pocket. You guys really should either hire employees that want to work and follow the rules, or just list it on your website that you're closing time is anywhere between 9:30 and 10:00 that it varies day-to-day and that it's up to your employees discretion. It is very unfortunate though because your store does carry a lot of great products but that is absolutely not enough on its own to make me continue shopping there, customer service is more important in my opinion because I know my hard earned money spent at that store is going directly into those employees pockets.

Great selection of smoking devices and products.The young boys who works there are very knowledgable and friendly and they are very helpful in assisting me with my purchases. Convenient location with a wide variety of products. I will be back, I've got my big eyes on the big hokkah.
