This was my first visit to this establishment, and unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. We walked in and weren’t greeted at all—just immediately told there was a $20 minimum. That wasn’t an issue for us, so we sat down and started looking over the menu. One person in our group got up to purchase a cigar and was told the credit card machine was down. Again, not a problem—we had cash. However, instead of offering any kind of helpful or welcoming service, the staff member told us we had 30 minutes to leave if we didn’t spend $20. At that point, it was clear customer service wasn’t a priority. Had the approach been more friendly, we likely would have spent more—especially since we had cash ready. While sitting there, we asked if the TV could be turned on so we could watch the NFL Draft, and we were completely ignored. That was enough for us. We politely gathered our drinks and left. Customer service plays a huge role in where I choose to spend my money, and I won’t support a place where I feel unwelcome.

What a joke of a place. I went to Touchdown (same owners, literally next door), ate, had drinks, dropped over $100 on the tab. After that, my group of three wanted to support their cigar lounge. I even went ahead and ordered an old fashioned in the lounge while we were about to buy cigars. Then they hit me with a “$20 minimum per person” to even sit and smoke inside — meanwhile the lounge was completely empty, not a single person in there. Keep in mind, we were about to buy three cigars (already overpriced) which would’ve easily hit that minimum anyway. Instead of using common sense and appreciating the fact that we were bringing them more business, they told me I couldn’t even drink the cocktail I just paid for inside. Their “solution”? Go smoke outside. So now I’m stuck with an overpriced, watered-down $20 old fashioned, no cigar, and no service. Ridiculous. With so many cigar lounges nearby that actually value their customers, there’s zero reason to waste time or money here. Don’t bother.
A/C was really nice, humidor is small behind a counter. Comfy chairs with a multi cutter at every table. Only had paper matches to light with though.
So, I visited this place last week with a great buddy of mine after golf. The customer service was 👍🏽! I wasn't impressed with the food.. I had some mozzarella cheese sticks that buddy ordered that were supposed to be spicy. Wasn't spicy to me at all. I decided to order some lemon pepper wings spicy. The flavor of the lemon pepper wasn't good nor the spice. I ate Two but the fries were delicious!!!!!
