Came into the shop today and there was 3 employees working there, the only person that spoke or greeted me was the short pretty lady. The guy who rang me up never spoke to me, that made me feel my business isn’t appreciated it. Maybe, they need to train this guy or put him in the back to sweep or something. He shouldn’t be ringing up orders if he can’t greet loyal customers. I came back to the shop and they made sure that the issue was resolved. Now, this is what you call great customer service. Appreciate you all for making the effort to resolve the issue. 😎

i came into this store a few days ago in hopes to find a product my friend recommended from this establishment a middle eastern dude whom was working at the time never properly greeted me, and he acted like he didn’t know what i was talking about i ended up finding it MYSELF! Once I did finally find it MYSELF he tried to then over charge me i told him what the price should’ve been all while he was constantly acting confused then proceed to give me the wrong change back…..I strongly believe he needs to be trained more because that type of behavior makes me not want to come back to this establishment. Something has to be done or this place will continue to lose money and customers like myself..

I will not be coming back here bought $10 worth of cigars and half of them I couldn't even use because they were old and stale not kool at all!!!!!!! The special reserve games are old and so are your single banana backwoods.

I visited this location yesterday, and I was disappointed by the service. During my visit, one of the staff members, who appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent, left the counter to take a personal phone call, leaving a colleague, a Black woman, to manage the line on her own. When he returned, he seemed unsure of his responsibilities and did not handle the situation effectively. This lack of teamwork and professionalism was concerning.

I came up here 2 days had the worst customer service experience ever from an African American women she complained about me and another customer coming in to shop while she was outside smoking. Came back in with a loud smell.I politely asked her about the vapes she gave me an attitude about asking. I’ve had better experiences with other employees but not this one.
