Honestly, Cosmos is a really nice spot to go out and unwind. The place has a classy but comfortable atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The drinks are good, the service is solid, and it’s a great place to sit down, have a few drinks, and enjoy some good conversation. Whether you’re coming with friends, meeting up with someone, or just looking for a nice place to relax, it’s worth checking out. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back

Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest Business Practice I will never step foot in Cosmos Lounge again. The lack of hygiene and basic business ethics here is shocking. To start the night, I was served a $15 drink in a fancy glass that had an obvious lipstick stain on it. I tried to be nice and didn't even complain. I opened a tab with MY card for MY drinks. When I was done, I explicitly closed out my $45 tab, signed off, and left. I accidentally left my physical card behind, and to my surprise, a $160 charge posted to my account. When I went back the next day to retrieve my card, the bartender admitted she charged my card for the rest of the party's drinks because they didn't pay their tabs! She claimed she "told me" she couldn't return my card until everyone closed out which makes absolutely no sense considering I had already closed my individual tab and left. It is the staff's responsibility to secure a card for each patron or clarify the tabs, not steal from one customer to cover others. I tried to resolve this gracefully with the bar owner. At first, he seemed willing to help, but after giving him 3 days to find a solution, I reached back out only to be told that resolving my complaint was "not a priority" for him. Excellent customer service, Sir. Protect your wallet and avoid this place. If you absolutely must go, PAY CASH so they can't unauthorizedly charge your card for random people's tabs.

Yea...60 dollars a hookah is wild. Not even at the up scale places they charge that. And this place is definitely not an upscale
