Great owner, when you called their number, he will answer right away, answer all your questions without feeling rushed or anything. Nicole manages High difination, she is a fantastic person. You will love her, she is down to earth. The owner owns two hookah lounges,difinition is in the east, and modern hookah lounge is on the west side of town. They are both great place to chill with friends... Modern also is runned by Gen I think. She is awesome always smiling.... .im a trucker, whenever I'm in elpaso you already know where to find me✌😁

Amazing experience, it’s a chill laid back spot with zen vibes with a variety of playlists for what ever your musical preferences are. You can bring your own alcohol and has some games to enjoy with a few friends. It’s a bit low key and an El Paso hidden gem, but the best is the service from the manager there. She goes out of her way to help when there’s a day something is off and ends up making it an amazing hookah sesh each time. Definitely revisiting and recommend if you’re into that chill vibe.

If you enjoy Hookah, this spot is for you! It's not easy to see from the road / parking lot because it's tucked inside the shopping plaza but it's there! I wanted to give 4 stars because when we (myself & 4 other friends) arrives, there was a small wait time to get inside due to unforseen circumstances.... it happens! However, because of that small inconvenience, the young woman who served us made sure to accomodate us with an upgraded experience free of charge. She was wonderful and extremely nice. The flavors were amazing and lasted just about 2 hours only having to reheat once or twice. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and cozy. There were board games to play if you chose to. TV and relaxing music. Couldn't ask for a better vibe. Plus.... the prices were amazing compared to other establishments in the area even with certain house compensations. I had an amazing time and will definitely be back to enjoy hookah there again!

This place is awesome, enjoyed smoking the double Apple, hospitality was great and BYOB. The atmosphere is really fun and cool, I recommend this place if you want a change of pace!
