I’m a repeat customer and there is one guy in there that has always given me a bad experience. He’s not welcoming or eager to help you, he doesn’t want to open the case and let you check out items. Just overall unwelcoming attitude. I thought the first time maybe he was just having a bad day but it’s every time I see him. The girls that work here are great always helpful and smiling friendly attitude. But the skinny dude (I think he wears glasses can’t remember) must not like his job at all or he’s just a weirdo. Plus the parking situation is difficult. From now on I’ll be going to the smoke shop right behind they have better prices and the owner personally works the counter always in a good mood.

Great little shop! got everything i needed & then some. the guy whose always there with the nose ring and curly bun is very helpful and knows his stuff. Honestly took me a minute to understand what he was teaching me but he didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Top notch service bro thanks

I visited this location as part of a legitimate third party store audit and experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from an employee. During the interaction, the employee demanded identification in a confrontational manner and took photos of both my friend and me. Identification was provided, but the situation continued to escalate and we felt unsafe, so we left immediately. The owner later contacted me and stated we were not welcome at this or any affiliated locations. Regardless of store policies, no one should be treated with hostility or intimidation while conducting authorized business. This experience was unsettling and unnecessary.

Wouldn't accept my government issued ID even though I'm twice their age. Store down the street did. It's a vape. Not that serious

good place and friendly. Al assisted me and he was patient and attentive, nothing sketchy like other shops. He gave his time politely without making me feel rushed! definitely will be coming back.
