I have been coming here for years. Great place. I bought my humidor here 10 years ago and still rocks!! Friendly staff, excellent selection and always a great place to have a smoke.

Amazing customer service and quality products. Lorenzo is fantastic customer service.

It used to be a great shop but recently it has declined in quality. However, Lorenzo does provide good customer service. The problem seems to be with the new management in keeping products stocked and bringing in new products. Linda Turner (the owner's wife) is very rude. If you are looking for places to smoke check out Kern Place or Vitolias. Specs has just about the same selection. It is a shame to see the shop decline in the last 7 years that I have been going.

Lorenzo is amazing, the issue is the merchandise. Fairly new to pipe smoking and I bought 4 tobacco pipes from them only to later learn through research that they are cheap and potentially contain harmful chemicals. # I bought are plastic with a metal bowl and the Shire pipe I purchased I later found out was made of cheap wood. They but cheap Amazon pipes and resell them at a higher price. They also sell their pipe tobacco at a much higher price than what you can get online.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the sales associate as if you're old friends. Hit with delightful scents and smells of the massive variety of high quality cigars. I could walk the location for an hour and still not fully capture an idea of what I want because all of the selections are that good. You're left grabbing one of these one of those and so on. Always leaving with more than you anticipated but extremely satisfied.
