Visited this shop with a short time frame to gather some extra cigars during a vacation trip and was incredibly impressed. When I walked in, the employee was enjoying a cigar with another patron. Even though he was in the middle of smoking, he jumped right up to help me. He was extremely helpful, directing me to the specific sticks I wanted and making great suggestions for new ones to try. We had a great conversation, and it is a very welcoming place with an impressive supply of high-end cigars. Excellent customer service and a fantastic selection. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

The previous staff provided a 10/10 experience. Since the staffing change, the quality of service has noticeably declined — I’d generously rate it a 6.5/10. The new staff doesn’t seem nearly as attentive or customer-focused, which has made visits less enjoyable. I find myself only wanting to come in when the former team is working.
