used to like this location but recently the employees have been rude and unhelpful. today i went in asking about their vape selection and the employee just stared at the products instead of explaining anything or helping me out. when i walked in i got looked up and down which made the whole experience uncomfortable. then when i got carded, the employee didn’t even seem to know what year we’re in while checking my id. staff lately just comes off lazy, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping customers.

Really bad experience with an employee, not going back there ever again. I asked for the price of an item that was a single sealed package with 5 individual units. When I paid, I was given only 1 unit. It was really overpriced for 1 unit, so I asked to change for another item and pay the difference but the employee said "Can't do it because you opened it it's store policy" with some bad attitude even though I asked politely and had a valid reason. I guess the policy is that they can open packages which are not intended for individual sale and overcharge for them, but a customer cannot exchange or return those. Will rather drive a few more miles than going back here.
