This is the second time I come here and both times I haven’t had the best experience. The lady that was in the store today was very rude and unfriendly and doesn’t know how to talk to people or listen to what they’re asking for

This is the best smoke shop by far and especially if your getting tired of putting up with vape shops that are notorious for rude customer service like at Vape city on Sunland Park and other smoke shops. They are always friendly and unlike those other smoke shops, they actually welcome your business. Danny who is an employee there is very friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. I'm very glad that I took my business there and so should you.

Overpriced pre rolls ,zero deals if you buy more. Don't recommend coming here if you want more than one pre roll. One star for ok customer service. Message to the owner of this place, do better on the prices of pre rolls 8 65 for one pre roll just ain't right. Do a buy 2 get one half off at the least.

One of the best shops in Ep the art on the walls definitely make the place a must see and just like their Eastside location the staff is extremely friendly and helpful this place takes the cake when it comes to smoke shops.

This business lacks accountability. As well as taking constructive criticism. My review has been removed since expressing my experience shopping here. Place is great but terrible costumer service. I was helped out by Elijah. Not only was he rude and had an attitude. He had guests in the back and was more concerned tending to the people in the back room. Rather than tending to the real customers.
