Owners/management play games and lie. I purchased a 510 battery here last night. It didn’t work and had an error message. Came in this morning to another person working at the store. Asked for a refund or an exchange and the person said they don’t do that here. They also said they couldn’t do a refund because they didn’t know if I lying about buying it last night since they weren’t the person that checked me out. They then said they don’t know who worked here last night and they couldn’t refund me because the owner wouldn’t let them. I told them I could prove the transaction to them and they could also just look it up. I saw they had a clover POS. They then confirmed my transaction last night when I showed them the timestamp of my transaction, and then got hung up on how much I was charged and started talking about how they needed to talk to the person working last night about why they charged me a few bucks less than they should have. I mentioned it may have been from my accrued rewards and they said that’s not possible. They said they didn’t know who worked here last night. They also said they just worked here. After they pulled that transaction record up it sounds more like the person I spoke with today has a stake in the business and they were more hung up on the dollar difference than helping a recurring customer. They asked for my phone number so they could call me back after reaching out to the employee from last night. So you could just have me come in again and tell me I can’t get a refund? What does that even do? Waste more of my time and gas? Going through negative reviews seems like there have been reports of some folks being overcharged here and there. Mistakes happen. Don’t take them out on your employees. Don’t waste your time going here because it sounds like management also must treat their employees with no respect.

No exchanges I spent $80 on a vape and it requires a battery I didn't realize it The ones that use the batteries SUCK The girl didn't say anything about selling me a battery when I bought or I would have picked a different one. It's ridiculous They lost my business and I hope it stays others from buying there.

This store is amazing, the owners are so nice and helpful. Always answer questions and are super informative. I always go here, and even if they don’t have what I want they will suggest similar items, or recommend something new. Seriously, awesome owners and highly recommend

I have been to this store 4 times now. Every time its a great experience. In and out quickly. Always greeted and assisted immediately. There is so much merchandise for such a small store and it is all organized aesthetically. The woman who has helped me everytime is warm and friendly. Honestly this is a great store and we are lucky to have this in our city.
