Best shop I have ever been to the variety the quality of and the price are unbeatable. From the customer service all the way to the understanding of what you buying.

Isha was so helpful and always has a smile when you go in. Employees have been wonderful but I can't say that about the management. I went in this morning and while I was still in the parking lot before I even went inside checked my account and there were 2 charges for today and I was not even in the store yet. Management has yet to even call me back! My review is about to go to a 1 star!

Great Shop, will have everything you ever need and will exceed expectations. Only problem I’ve had is they never open on time. Says 7a, but often times I’ve showed up and they arrive up to 15-30min late. Again, GREAT shop, but can’t open late on a regular basis.

I’m writing to share a complaint about my recent experience at your smoke shop. I walked in, greeted the staff politely, and began browsing the products. I also clearly communicated that I was just looking and that I would let them know if I needed assistance. Despite that, I continued to be approached repeatedly, asked multiple questions, and closely watched while I was trying to browse. The constant interruptions made it difficult to think, compare products, or enjoy the shopping experience at all. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I understand that customer service is important, but there is a difference between being helpful and being overly persistent. When a customer clearly says they are browsing, that boundary should be respected. A more relaxed environment allows customers to feel comfortable, take their time, and ultimately makes them more likely to make a purchase. Unfortunately, the level of hovering and repeated questioning made the experience frustrating rather than pleasant. It created an atmosphere that felt more like being monitored than being welcomed. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as creating a comfortable and respectful environment for customers goes a long way in building trust and encouraging return visits.
