Chris was very helpful and patient. Very chill vibes as soon as you walk in. No pressure to buy anything just Hello.

Eli was an amazing resource! Thank you so much for all of your help. Store has lots of options and great deals!

In my 52 years, the two worst customer service experiences I've ever received happened here. I'm a laid back guy, and worked at the Disneyland Resort for 5 years in the 1990s. So, I know what customer service is supposed to look like. This was the antithesis of that. Once is a fluke; twice is a pattern. They lost my business unless they rectify that issue.

This is a great store with very knowledgeable staff! 10/10 would recommend. Eli was very helpful!

artisan vapor Co. is one of the best vape shops around the DFW area, I came to the one in Bryant Irvin and chris helped me out so much. I am grateful for this store.
