Allie at Blazing Haze Smoke Shop is the best! She’s always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer questions and make great recommendations without making you feel rushed. Because of her, this has become my favorite local smoke shop. Great service and great vibes every time I come in!

Allie pleasantly surprised me by the level of her expertise and knowing her product, not to mention the fact that her customer skills level or above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at any other vape shop in the DFW area. I highly recommend anybody that Vapes to come by and visit her here at the Blazing Haze shop and out of one out of 10 in customer service she undoubtedly gets a 10. I also personally believe after this exceptional experience with her customer service that she undoubtedly is way past due for a high raised because it's her customer service skills that are going to make people come back here over and over and over as she did with me and my girlfriend we are definitely going to become loyal customers of this vape store without question

This was my first experience visiting blazing house smoke shop in Allie when above and beyond to make me and my girlfriend's experience excellent and she went far and beyond any other vape shop in Tarrant County that I have ever visited. Not only did Allie take the time to explain to us each different flavor but she also signed us up to receive reward points for our future purchases. Allie was both professional and patient when explaining to us all the different types of Vapes and I believe that there is no other vape shop in Tarrant County that can beat the level of customer service that she provided to us today point blank. I would highly recommend anyone who needs glass, vapes, flower, or any other smoking products to visit Blazing Haze and give Allie a hello! I give Allie's customer service skills a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend anybody that Vapes to visit blazing Haze smoke shop for an excellent experience. Allie is way past due for a raise and in my personal opinion believe that she is way way past due for a raise if not a promotion.
