I was normally happy with my experiences at this shop - until today. I buy refills for my rechargeable vape, and have very often. I know the price. I bought one not even a few days ago. I also know the price of the full kit that includes a battery. I asked my husband to pick me up a refill, and I see a charge that's almost triple the normal cost. I had him drive me back up there, after the guy said no refunds to my husband. I demanded a receipt, which he didn't want to give. After telling him I was getting my money back, one way or another, he decided to refund and then started yelling how I should know what I want before I get it. I see the receipt. This fool charged us for two KITS, not two REFILLS, thinking he was gonna be slick. He knew he'd done it too, and that's why he refunded us, because he'd been caught. No telling how many other customers he's done this to. Then he wanted my number for his manager to explain the refund. I said gladly, I will absolutely tell him how you tried to scam us, and then yelled at us because you got caught. Go to the one further up Beach St or Denton Hwy. Don't risk getting scammed.

So I was disappointed at first that City Smoke shop didn't have my flavor, but they guy working today was super nice and helped me find a couple of new flavors to try and I'm very happy to have found a new flavor I enjoy. It's are for me I usually find one flavor and stick with it, I'm kinda spoiled that way 😂 No but really I'm just super picky when it comes to vape flavors. Anyways the guy working is really nice and also said he would try to get the original flavor i am looking for when he goes to the warehouse, so that's just another thing that was impressive. So basically if he finds my #1 flavor Tuesday , I won't go any other smoke shops. Okay I think I'll rap up this epic novel and will finish it off with a crazy ending to this ridiculously long novel..... I mean this long ass review!! 😬🤪🤣 Thank you City Smoke shop guy!!!
