I recently visited 9th Cloud and had an excellent experience. The store was well-organized, clean, and had a wide variety of products, including cigars, vapes, and accessories. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find exactly what I needed and even offering helpful recommendations for new flavors and brands. Prices were reasonable, and the overall atmosphere made it a comfortable place to shop. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend 9th to anyone looking for quality products and great service! Fer and Casey were awesome!!!

Casey did an amazing job. She is an amazing sales representative. She really knows how to get you to buy more by showing you exactly what you need. Also, the prices were not outrageous. I got everything I needed for cheaper than what I thought I would get one item thank you for the great customer service great aesthetics, and great store overall.

I went here a few nights ago and picked out a preroll indica cone that I usually get at every other smoke shop I go to for around $6. The lady helping me scanned it and when I looked at the screen it said $6 + $7 tip????? Plus tax it came up to be about $16. I can’t afford that and I can’t afford giving a seven dollar tip. I asked the girl if they had anything more affordable and told her I usually get it for six dollars at multiple other smoke shops I go to. She said that was the cheapest they had. I don’t know if that’s their pricing or if she was trying to trick me, but I ended up just walking out without buying anything. I’m not gonna come back. I’m very disappointed in this experience and hurt that they tried to take advantage of me.

They're super nice and I like that it's women runed, but it's over priced. You can get the same thing across the street at liquor cave for half the price.

Casey and GG are very nice I love this smoke shop it’s my fav spot! Definitely come check them out!
